Platform Identity
These Terms of Service govern your use of SendCash AI, a financial technology platform developed and operated by Klerion LLC, a registered company in the United States. The official domain is sendcash.ai.
SendCash AI is an independent financial technology platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other financial service, money transfer operator, or similarly named entity operating in any country or region. Users should ensure they are accessing the authentic SendCash AI platform at sendcash.ai.
Klerion LLC operates SendCash AI as a technology platform. We are not a bank. Banking services are provided by our regulated partner institutions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SendCash AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported country. You must provide accurate identity verification documents. We comply with all applicable KYC/AML regulations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Transactions & Fees
All transfers are subject to verification. Exchange rates are locked at the time of confirmation. Fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction. We reserve the right to delay or reject any transfer for compliance reasons.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use SendCash AI for: money laundering, financing illegal activities, sending funds to sanctioned entities, creating multiple accounts, or attempting to reverse completed transactions. Violations will result in account termination and reporting to authorities.
6. AI Features Disclaimer
AI-powered features (Financial Twin, DNA, Time Machine, Tax AI) provide insights for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial or tax decisions.
6a. Reputation Score Disclaimer
The SendCash Reputation Score is an internal platform metric based solely on your activity within SendCash. It is NOT a traditional credit score (such as FICO or VantageScore), does not affect your credit report with any credit bureau (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion), and cannot be used by lenders to determine creditworthiness. This score is for platform benefits only.
6b. Insurance Marketplace Disclaimer
SendCash AI operates an insurance marketplace that connects users with licensed insurance providers. SendCash AI does not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies. All coverage is provided and underwritten by licensed partner insurers. Claims are processed by the respective insurance provider. SendCash AI may earn a referral commission at no extra cost to you.
6c. Group Finance Disclaimer
SendCash AI provides scheduling and facilitation tools for group finance (ROSCAs). We do not hold, custody, or manage group funds. All contributions and payouts are transferred directly between members via our payment partners. SendCash AI is not responsible for member defaults or payment failures. Group finance pools are peer-to-peer arrangements between members.
7. Limitation of Liability
Klerion LLC liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
